Architectural Drawings is a Shoreditch-based chartered practice of architectural technologists. We handle planning applications, building regulations and the messy in-between — for London homeowners, landlords and developers who want their project taken seriously without architect-tier fees.
Every project is led by a MCIAT chartered architectural technologist. No offshore drafting, no bait-and-switch to juniors.

3D & Visualisation
Trained at Bartlett; Enscape and V-Ray specialist. Delivers the committee-ready CGIs that tip borderline applications into approvals.
Sarah founded Architectural Drawings after a decade at big-brand London architecture practices. Her thesis was simple: most London homeowners don't need a full RIBA practice — they need someone who actually understands Part L, knows the Islington planning officers by first name, and charges accordingly.
Eleven years later we're a team of fifteen across Shoreditch and a satellite desk in Clapham. Still chartered, still technologist-led, still 30% below the architect rates we used to charge.
Every claim here is independently verifiable. Ask for our CIAT practice registration number or PI certificate — we email copies on request.
