Architectural Drawings London is a trading name of AA Drafting Solutions Ltd, a Streatham-based architectural drafting practice that has been trading for 10 years. Our story

Ten years of drawings that get built.

AA Drafting Solutions has spent ten years preparing planning and building regulations drawings for homeowners, landlords and developers. From our office at Sunnyhill Road in Streatham we cover all of London and Greater London, along with the South East, including Surrey and Kent.

Our work covers planning drawings and building regulations drawings, kitchen extensions, loft conversions, basements, converting houses into flats, HMOs, new builds, air conditioning planning applications, lease plans, freeholder licence-to-alter drawings, and design and build with project management.
