Four things we don't charge for.

Revisions & iterations

Unlimited revisions at every stage. If the council asks for changes, or you want a different layout, it's all included.

Refused applications

If the application is refused, we prepare a free resubmission addressing the officer's reasons. Or a 50%-rate appeal.

Milestone payments

Pay in three instalments — 30% deposit, 40% on first draft, 30% on submission. No demands for money upfront.

Timeline delays

If we miss our stated deadline without a planning-side cause, you get 10% off. We've never had to apply this.
