Fees start at £840 + VAT for planning drawings, £1,225 + VAT for a loft conversion package and £1,750 + VAT for a full Complete package — around 30% below typical London architect rates. Typical turnaround is 3–5 weeks from instruction to submission, and 98% of our applications are approved first time.
