Side-return extension in Colliers Wood

A family in Colliers Wood approached us for side-return extension on a edwardian terraces property. Two scheme massings tested against Merton Council's adopted design guidance. Chosen scheme matched existing roof pitch, used matching brick, set the new opening back from the eaves.
