What does a drawing package actually cost?
Our fixed fees start at £840 for the Essentials package, £1,225 for an extension or loft planning set and £1,575 for a mansard. The statutory application fee is separate and identical everywhere in England: £548 for a householder application. Listed building consent carries no application fee at all.
